It’s international BREAST FEEDING week!! – crazy that one of the most natural things in the world has a calendar marking just for it (could you imagine international take a shit week -ha)
This picture was taken 2 weeks ago at A&E before finding out noa had an ear infection. It was a long tiring night. But having noa against my skin, being able to help regulate her soaring temperature, and comfort her to sleep took the edge off it all. – #FunFact did you know breastfeeding is an natural painkiller for babies!!?😵
Anyway, we made it out the other end and Noa is back to her usual cheeky self, but its pictures like this that I know i will look back on in true pride at what my daughter and I have journeyed together

#BreastfeedingWeek
As a mama I feel incredibly blessed to be able to breast feed my little monkey. The female body is a miraculous thing and should be celebrated every single week of the year. That being said, we would like to celebrate ALL kinds of “feeding on demand” – Bottle can also a beautiful experience for mummas who have struggled with breastfeeding 🙂
As you’ll probably begin to notice, a BF selfie is my fav type of selfie, and I have no shame in admitting that hehe
(For me) Breastfeeding is me at my best!
Empowered, confident, the “I dare you to give me a dirty look” type confidence! – owning my shit, doing EXACTLY what my body is supposed to 🙂
So here’s to us and our udders 🐮
Take pride this week! Take a picture this week?! Regardless of the sleepless nights, you made it!
Through the cracked nipples, engorgement, biting, scratching, pinching, punching.. you did not throw you baby in the bin 🙂
🙌🏽
We would absolutely love to see some of YOUR breastfeeding/bottle-feeding selfies and hear your experiences also.

Have a beautiful week mamas ❤ continue being fabulous 💅🏼😇
