Ask for help and don’t try to do it all it will exhaust you.
What is your one bit of advice for mamas on lockdown?
Take this time to get to know your kiddos; hug them, show them love, embrace the joys of spending much needed time.
Also take at least 30 minutes to an hour of time to self reflect and unwind. Taking care of you is most important. Healthy, happy, hopeful mental states help reign our queendom properly. Peace and love Mamas.
